Pizza and tacos get the attention at Di Memo's Pizza, but the quesadillas and appetizer board are worth ordering on their own merits, especially if you're building out a table for a group.

Quesadillas, built off the taco counter

The quesadillas run off the same meats as the street tacos, so the quality bar is the same one reviewers keep praising: quesadilla with your choice of taco meat ($11.99), or tripas, birria, or chicharrón prensado quesadillas ($12.99 each). The birria quesadilla gets the same consommé treatment as the tacos do — order it with a side for dipping.

Hot wings

An order of 8 hot wings runs $14.95 and comes with ranch on the side. One reviewer specifically called out the wings as her son's favorite dish on a family visit — a good sign for a kitchen that's primarily known for pizza and tacos, since wings are an easy item to get wrong and an easy one to skip, and Di Memo's doesn't skip it.
