Misfits: Joey Essex and Dapper Laughs draw; Riley vs Coupe at Wembley is next on Nov. 14

The creator-boxing headliner at Copper Box Arena ended in a split draw on October 10. Misfits' next card is a pro show, with Viddal Riley defending his EBU title.

Joey Essex and Daniel O'Reilly, who fights as Dapper Laughs, fought to a split draw in the main event of the Misfits Boxing card at Copper Box Arena in London on Saturday, October 10, according to FightMag's results page. The scorecards were 39-37, 40-36 and 38-38. The card streamed on DAZN.

Both men came in 1-0. Wikipedia's Misfits season page lists the fight as a four-round bout. Sources we read describe the weight class differently (welterweight in one, light heavyweight in another), so we are not stating one.

Other results from the card

  • Big Stacks beat James Collins by split decision (heavyweight).
  • Jordan McCann beat MoDeen by second-round TKO, and Plinio Cruz beat Gary Olive by second-round TKO.
  • Nitboy and Kane West won the tag contest over Little T and Cracky Tokky by unanimous decision.
  • Carla Jade beat Erika Night by unanimous decision to retain the Misfits lightweight title.

The two sources we checked disagree on how the Swarmz vs Ambush Buzzworl bout ended, so we have left it out.

What is next: Riley vs Coupe, November 14

Misfits' next scheduled card is an MF Pro show on Saturday, November 14 at OVO Arena Wembley in London. FightMag reports the main event is Viddal Riley (14-0, 7 KOs) against Seydi Coupe (14-0) for Riley's EBU European cruiserweight title. It is Riley's first defense of that title. Sources differ on Coupe's knockout total, so we do not print it. DAZN's schedule lists the card at 2 p.m. ET (7 p.m. in London) on DAZN.
